Default Exercise regularly

I could say that this is the best way to stay out of those unwanted situation like having complications about diabetes. I have suffered from kidney problem since I never exercise. Because of that I have wasted all my money on the hospital.

Physical exercise is good for health. Right it is. Diabetes patient are advised to walk. But the disease is related with the sugar in our blood. With the quantity of sugar, I should say.

I agree, however I will be the first to hold my hand up and say that I do not exercise enough! I used to do a lot of exercising but sometimes I lose my drive.

I just like to point out that sugar isn’t the only source of sugar in our body. Every food we eat gives us sugar. The more you exercise then the more you use the glucose that is present in your body.

Presence of sugar in our blood is not the problem.

This is from an online article on diabetes :
'Diabetes mellitus is a common disease in the United States. It is estimated that over 16 million Americans are already caught with diabetes, and 5.4 million diabetics are not aware of the existing disease.' .....

"Desired blood sugar of human body should be between 70 mg/dl -110 mg/dl at fasting state. If blood sugar is less than 70 mg/dl, it is termed as hypoglycemia and if more than 110 mg /dl, it’s hyperglycemia."

Physical exercises are key to keeping ourselves healthy. People need to exercises more to keep themselves free from avoidable situations in the future. In ancient days exercises are a form of work people used to do and that helped them to stay fit for a long time. These days we need to follow a separate one called exercises in order to keep us healthy and fit.

I work at a desk job and when I come home I sit at a desk writing or in front of the TV watching a program. I definitely need to change my life around and find a way to fit more exercise into it.

I have to admit to being very lazy when it comes to exercise. Motivating myself into physical work after a long hard days work, when all i really want is a chocolate chip cookie and my favourite programme on the tv is really difficult.
