So I was watching a show recently of Paul McKenna's, I cant remember now exactly what it was called it will probably come to me at a later date, but it was basically to help you lose weight, by tapping into your habits and trying to prevent them. To be honest I wasnt really convinced whilst I was watching it, but it has been proven to work.
I jst couldnt imagine losing weight via hypnosis but I guess it works, what are your thoughts? have you ever used hypnotism for such things?
