It was reported that after this picture taken this person died after 2 days..

Well THAT certainly gave me chills. Can you be certain that this claim (or even this picture) is legitimate?

that Im not sure...

You know what, we filipinos believe in that...if you see a friend or someone headless you need to tap that person its like waking up that person otherwise within few days that person will die.. Ive never experienced seeing a headless person but some people and my friends do..
